Tassielink would like advise passengers traveling on the 714 hobart to cygnet departing at 13.15 due to unforeseen circumstances this service has been delayed approx. 25 mins. Tassielink would like advise passengers wishing to travel on Route 747 Burnie to Strahan departing at 16.15 This service is unfortunately running behind schedule by approximately 55 mins. Student fare increase - January 2022 The full student fare will increase by 10 cents on 1 January 2022. If you use cash for a single trip ticket, the new fare will be $1.90. If you use a smartcard or purchase a 10-trip ticket, the new fare will be $1.52. Smartcards like Greencard and Transportme can be topped up online. You can buy a 10-trip ticket for $15.20 from the bus driver. Tassielink accept the Greencard on their services. Some students can travel or transfer between buses for free. Bus routes that travel only in a rural area, to the local school, don’t charge a fare. The student fare last increased in 2019. The next increase was scheduled for January 2021 but was delayed to January 2022. This fare increase is set by government policy. Tassielink Transit would like to advise passengers travelling on the 714 Hobart to Cygnet departing at 5.45pm, this service has been delayed 15 mins and will now depart at 6pm. Tassielink wishes to apologize for the inconvenience.
Tassielink would like to advise passengers wishing to travel on Route 718 Geeveston- Dover is currently travelling via Esperance Coast Rd due to the police road closure between Exters Rd and Huon Highway, Due to the traffic diversion some stops will be unable to service Tassielink apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Recreation Day Public Holiday Monday 1st November 2021 Tassielink will run their northern and west coast services to our public holiday timetable. This includes - Launceston to Perth ,Cressy ,Longford and Evandale Strahan to Burnie timetable. All other services will run to normal Monday timetable. Normal services will resume in the North and West on Tuesday 2nd November 2021
Tassielink Important Update Wellington Street Longford road closer for Tasrail works From 6am Saturday 23 October until 7pm Sunday 24 October 2021 Tassielink will be following the detour via Woolmers Lane to the Midland Highway. The detour will add time to each service so please expect significant delays throughout the weekend. Tassielink will not be able to service bus stops located at • BWS Wellington Street • Wellington Street - junction with Smith Street The Tassielink bus stop opposite the Village Green will be the only stop in use on Wellington Street for this weekend. Passengers are to wait at this stop for travel to Launceston and to Cressy. Bus stops along Marlborough Street Longford will not be effected. Please remain at your bus stop and we will be with you as so as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience. HOBART SHOW DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY Thursday 21st OCTOBER 2021. All Hobart / Southern Services will be operating to the Sunday /Public Holiday timetable. Tassielink's Launceston and West Coast Service's will be running as per normal Monday - Friday timetable. Normal services will resume out of Hobart on Friday 22nd October 2021

As you will now be aware, a Lockdown direction for the South of Tasmania has been issued. The lockdown of southern Tasmania includes the Local Government Areas of Brighton, Central Highlands, Clarence City, Derwent Valley, Glamorgan-Spring Bay, Hobart City, Huon Valley, Sorell, Southern Midlands, Tasman and Kingborough. The Lockdown takes effect from 6pm, 15 October and is expected to be in place for 3 days. Public transport services including school bus services will continue to operate as scheduled.
LAUNCESTON SHOW DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY Thursday 7th OCTOBER 2021. All Launceston Services will be operating to the Sunday /Public Holiday timetable. All other Tassielink timetables will operate as per normal.
BURNIE SHOW DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY FRIDAY 1ST OCTOBER 2021 Is a public holiday for municipal areas of Burnie, Waratah-Wynyard and West Coast only. Route 747 and Route 748 will operate to the Sunday /Public Holiday timetable for this day. All other Tassielink timetables will operate as per normal Friday times – noting service’s effected by school holidays .

Important Information for our West Coast Services Tassielink would like to advise passengers that the Current Road Closures caused by the Major Land Slide has impacted our timetable on our services between Queenstown and Burnie until further notice. Route 747 Strahan to Burnie Monday to Friday Route 748 will depart Strahan at 7.30am to Queenstown only. Burnie service will commence  08.20am from Queenstown travelling via Strahan 9.00am departure from Strahan via Zeehan to Burnie The service will be running 40 minutes behind at each our timetable scheduled departure times, arriving into Burnie at approximately 11.55am. Route 747 Burnie to Strahan Monday to Friday Normal timetable departure times with a slight change to the route Via Zeehan ,the service will travel to Strahan arriving approximately 6.00pm and then onto Queenstown for 6.40pm **Please note the  6.00pm service from Queenstown to Strahan is cancelled until further notice Route 748 Queenstown to Strahan Monday to Friday 6.30am departure Queenstown 2.45pm departure Queenstown School Term Only  (Monday 20th September till Friday 27th September) Route 748 Strahan to Queenstown Monday to Friday 7.30am departure Strahan School Term Only  (Monday 20th September till Friday 27th September) 4.15pm departure Strahan School Term Only  (Monday 20th September till Friday 27th September) ** Please note the 6.45pm departure from Strahan is cancelled until further notice Services for Saturday 25th September and Sunday 26th September 2021 will be updated throughout the week.
