Route Information

The timetable for this route is now managed through Transport Tasmania.

Service changes from Sunday 20th January

  • A more direct route for passengers, with services starting at Nubeena and travelling via Port Arthur rather than via Premaydena. The route will not travel via Premaydena as this area has very low patronage, residents from this area will need to access the service from either Nubeena or Taranna
  • An overall increase in the frequency of services
  • Daily weekday return service during both school days and school holidays
  • Daily return on Saturday and provision of a new daily return service on Sunday
  • Hobart CBD stop changes, services will drop off and pick up passengers closer to the Hobart CBD, with a central stop at Elizabeth Street (town hall). Services will no longer pick up and drop off at Brisbane Street
  • All services will start and finish at Elizabeth Street (town hall), students will need to transfer onto other services to travel to Hobart based schools
  • Route numbers will change for the Tasman Peninsula:
  • Tasman Peninsula to Hobart: 734
